2.Description of sand making production line:

  Sand making production line is produced by mating internationally advanced fifth generation sand making machine (vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine)) with our other mining machines.
  Our sand production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, traveling apron, electronic control equipment, etc.
  Its output is generally 50-500 t/h.

3.Sand making production line application:

1) It is used for producing building aggregate, concrete, aggregate for road surface and roadbed, asphalt concrete and cement concrete.
2) It is also used for sand making and shaping in the field of engineering such as water conservancy, hydroelectric power, high-class highway, high-speed railway, passenger special line, bridge, airport pavement, municipal works and high-rise buildings.

4.Sand making production line features:

1) Simple structure, easy to set up and repair, low cost in operation;
2) High production of crushing, has the function of fine crushing and rough grinding;
3) Excellent shape of product, mainly the product shape is cubic with small fraction of elongated flaky particle shape, suitable for aggregate shaping, manufactured sand.
4) It is little affected by the moisture content of materials, and the content can get up to about    8%.
5) It is suitable to crush medium hard and ultra-hard materials.
6) Working noise is lower than 75 decibel, less dust pollution.

5.Working Principle of sand making production line:

  The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials are transferred to sand-making machine through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine, after being washed, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand-making machine, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.
  Sizes of final products will be according to our customers' requirements. If it is the dry process, the classifier and deduster will be attached according to you requirement.

Main equipment:

1) Jaw crusher

 Jaw crusher is usually used as primary crushing during the stone or sand processing , because it's high capacity , large opening and durable wearing parts, it's easy to maintain

2) Impact crusher

 Impact crusher can be used as secondary crushing, it's the ideal choice for making building material, for it's finished mateterial with cubic shape and without interior cracks

3) Cone crusher

  Cone crusher is widely used for the secondary crushing, because it's reliable working condition, but it's not easy to maintain if there is problem

4) Fine crusher

  Fine crusher is also called second generation sand making machine, it has high efficiency, can produce fine material , average size less than 5mm. it also widely used before ball mill during the mineral selecting processing.

5) Vibrating feeder and screen

  They are necessary equipment during the sand or stone making processing. feeder is mainly used for well-proportioned sending raw material to jaw crusher, meanwhile, it can screen material primary. the screen is made according to the kinds of finished material

6) Sand washer

   It is used to remove the dust in sand.Its aims at improving the quality of sand
